Overview
Fifteen unhurried days for a honeymoon or anniversary trip — longer stays in each place than our standard routes, from a relaxed coastal arrival in Negombo through the ancient wonders of Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa, the cultural heart of Kandy and the cool tea country of Nuwara Eliya.
From there the route continues into the mountains of Ella — including a memorable scenic train journey through the hill country — before heading south for a Yala National Park safari, historic Galle Fort and several unhurried days of beach time in Weligama, balancing sightseeing and adventure with plenty of room to simply enjoy each other's company.
