Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or booking form, we collect what you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any travel details or messages you include. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence to plan and manage your trip.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver your itinerary, and provide support during your trip. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies and third-party services
This site's fonts are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google Fonts or any other third party — no request for them ever leaves this site. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers of any kind either.
Tour, destination and contact pages can show an interactive map from OpenStreetMap. That map does not load automatically — on your first visit we ask whether to allow it, since loading it shares your IP address with OpenStreetMap. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie, and only controls whether these maps load; you can change it anytime with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to support your trip and meet our own record-keeping obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
